Examinations Offered
Insight Polygraph & Private Investigations completes the following types of polygraph investigations:
RELATIONSHIPS
Is your spouse having an affair? Is your child using drugs? Or any other specific issue that is potentially destroying your relationship with loved ones.
POST CONVICTION SEX OFFENDER TESTING (PCSOT) - SEXUAL HISTORY
This examination can verify a full and complete disclosure of the offenders’ sexual history for treatment purposes. A sexual history questionnaire completed by the offender and approved by the treatment provider must be submitted.
POST CONVICTION SEX OFFENDER TESTING (PCSOT) - MAINTENANCE/MONITORING
This examination covers any sexual re-offending and any other illegal sexual behavior for a designated time period since being on probation or parole. This examination also covers any violations of probation or parole conditions not listed above or violations of treatment rules and contracts.
ATTORNEY-CLIENT
Any type of criminal or civil matter where an attorney is requesting a polygraph examination for their client. The client must be willing to voluntarily submit to the polygraph examination.
IN-CUSTODY
This examination is designed to assist law enforcement agencies with in-custody criminal investigations. The law enforcement agency is responsible for administering the Miranda warning to the suspect; the suspect must also be willing to voluntarily submit to the polygraph examination.
